Shipping & Returns

Voo Store offers shipping to Germany and the rest of the world with UPS. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

EUROPE (NON-EU)
Standard (3–7 days): €20.00

WORLDWIDE
Standard (4–10 days): €35.00
Express (2–5 days): €50.00–75.00

  • We deliver to most countries where UPS is available. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Perfumes can only be delivered to EU countries. Express shipping for perfumes is only possible within Germany.

Tax Free for Non-EU

Orders with a shipping address outside of the European Union will have 19% VAT automatically deducted from their order during checkout once a valid address has been entered. Additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by local governing authorities. These costs shall be borne by the customer. All items are shipped from Berlin, Germany with an official declaration of the total price and country of origin for each item.

As of March 10, 2016, customers in the USA may receive up to $800 worth of goods without paying any customs tax or duties.


Returns

To return an item, please notify us using our online contact form.

  • New, unworn items which are in their original packaging with all original tags attached may be returned to Voo Store within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
  • Shoes returned without their original box and packaging cannot be accepted.
  • The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Sale items are subject to our standard return policy.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective, damaged or missing original tags/packaging.

A complimentary return label will be provided for customers residing in Germany. Regrettably, customers outside Germany are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. Voo Store cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.
