The iconic Paris-based fragrance brand, Diptyque, is founded in 1961 by three artist: Christiane Montadre-Gautrot, Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet. The founders opened their first shop at the bohemian end of the Boulevard Saint-Germain to initially offer the fabrics they designed together. Started as a unique bazaar, the trio’s creative spirit transformed the well-curated shop into a world-known perfume house. Through their evocative and elegant designs, the brand also offers a full collection of intoxicating candles, body care and home fragrance products.
